Food Carts
As a former resident of Kobe, I have to say I am quite embarrassed that Ive never seen the Luminarie before. The Italian government actually sponsors this Christmas-time event which commemorates the 1995 earthquake. It really is something to behold. I actually compare the atmosphere to something like a Christmas hanami. There are tons of stalls and food carts, and people everywhere.
